摘要
设计合成了 4个 17 α雌二醇 3 醚化合物。 4个化合物均未见文献报道 ,其结构经核磁共振谱、元素分析确证。其中 17 α雌二醇 3 β二乙胺基乙基醚经骨组织培养试验 。
Four 17 α estradiol 3 ether eompounds were designed and synthesized.The structere of the four new compounds was confirmed by NMR and EA.The preliminary bioactivity study of compound 3 showed that it could promote the growing of the bone tissue
