摘要
在 C_6H_5CH_2N(C_2H_5)_3Cl 等相转移催化剂存在下,雌酮(或雌二醇、炔雌醇)与碘甲烷在氢氧化钠水溶液和二氯甲烷中回流反应,生成对应的雌甾3-甲醚。此法操作简便,反应迅速,且产率高。
The reaction of estrone,17β-estradiol or 17α-ethynylestradiolwith methyl iodide in the presence of phase transfer catalyst gave the correspondingestrogen 3-methyl ether in almost quantitative yield.This etherification procedureis far superior to other methods,espacially concerning simplicity,rapidity andexcellent yield.
