设计并合成了５个雌激素、孕激素、雄激素连有哌嗪基的化合物，５个甾体哌嗪物及１个氯乙酸酯中间体均未见文献报道，它们的结构经红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱及元素分析确证．
A piperazine ring is a useful organic structure in some drugs.In order to search for steroidal hormone drugs with high efficiency in prevention and treatment of osteoporosis,estrogen,17α hydroxyprogesterone,epiandrosterone and 17 methyltestosterone were designed to connect with piperazine respectively.Five steroid piperazine compounds and a chloroacetate intermediates have not been reported,their structures were confirmed by IR, 1 H NMR and EA.The preliminary bioactivity of 17 methyltestosterone piperazine compound showed that it could promote the growing of the bone tissue.
