摘要
将培养的原代成骨细胞调制成不同密度，在培养生长的不同时间点上和给予已知对骨形成有不同作用的药物刺激后，测其骨结节量，通过与不添加药物的空白组比较，结果在该成骨细胞培养的１～２５ｄ中，地塞米松组在各种条件下都显示出很强的促进骨形成作用。
To observe the effects of Dexame thazon on osteogenesis of osteoblast, the methods of Von Kossa dyeing acting on osteogenesis shall be showed quantitatively after comparison with the blank. Dexamethazon has an obvious effect on stimulating osteogenesis of osteoblast.
