摘要
通过体外心肌细胞培养试验和动物实验,探讨了砷对心脏某些生化功能的影响。体外试验表明,砷处理4小时后,细胞悬液中谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性明显降低,丙二醛(MDA)水平则显著增高。整体实验表明,砷染毒24小时后,心肌匀浆中GSH含量低剂量组显著增加,高剂量组显著下降;中、高剂量组SOD活性显著降低;低、中、高剂量组GSH-Px活性显著降低;中、高剂量组MDA水平则显著增高。提示砷可对心脏某些生化功能有影响。
The effects of sodium arsenite on certain Biochemical Function in heart of mice were explored by myocardial cell culture in vitro and whole animal experiment.The results were as followed:In cell culture medium,the contents of glutathione (GSH),the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH Px) decreased strikingly,while the level of malondialdehyde (MDA) increased significantly after adding arsenic 4 hour.In heart homogenate of mice exposed to sodium arsenite,the GSH contents at low dose group increased significantly,while decreased markedly at high dose group;The activity of SOD at middle and high dose groups deereased markedly;The aetivity of GSH Px at low,middle and high dose groups also decreased strikingly;The level of MDA at middle and high dose groups increased significantly.The result suggested that arsenic could damage myocardial cell and the injury might be related to the oxidative damage induced by arsenic.\ \
