喉鳞状细胞癌中VEGF、bFGF的表达与颈淋巴结转移关系的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨喉鳞状细胞癌中血管生长因子(VEGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)的表达与颈淋巴结转移的关系。方法应用细胞免疫荧光染色技术和流式细胞技术,对60例喉鳞状细胞癌组织细胞VEGF、bFGF的表达进行了定性和定量研究。结果颈淋巴结转移组VEGF的表达(FI=2.35±0.49)较非转移组(FI=1.86±0.57)呈高表达(P<O.01),VEGF与bFGF二者在喉鳞状细胞癌的表达呈正相关(r=0.346,P<0.01)。结论 VEGF在喉鳞状细胞癌的颈淋巴结转移中可能起一定作用,可作为判断颈淋巴结是否转移的参考指标。 Purpose To investigate its possible role of the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) in cervical lymph node metastasis in laryngeal squamate cell carcinomas( LSCC) . Methods The qualitative and quantitative stady of expression of VEGF and bFGF in 60 LSCC patients was made by flow cytometry and immunofluorecence method. Results A significant different ( P < 0.01) expression of VEGF was found between the patients with cervical lymph node metastasis(FI = 2.35 ± 0.49) and those without lymph node metastasis( FI = 1.86 ± 0.57); and expeession of VEGF was positively correlated with expression of bFGF in LSCC( r = 0.346, p < 0.01). Conclusion Expression of VEGF may play an important role and should be used as a reference marker in cervical lymph node metastasis from LSCC.
