摘要
基础教育课程改革的新理念使教师参与课程发展有了新的变化。本文论述了在课程发展中教师权力享有的必然性 ,分析了教师参与整个课程发展过程行使权力的途径 :即参与课程设计和决策、课程实施以及课程评价 。
The new notion of curriculum reform of basic education makes new changes in teacher participation in curriculum development. This paper discusses the inevitability of teacher's authorities in the course of curriculum development. It also analyses the ways in which teachers exert their authorities while they are participating in curriculum development,which includes curriculum design and decision, curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation. And then the paper puts forward the harmony of the teacher's authorities and accountabilities in their participation in curriculum development.
