摘要
用采样极谱法研究了非质子溶剂中SOD模型化合物催化O_2^-的歧化反应,用简化的函数关系代替动力学微分方程的准确解.通过测定极限催化电流与极限扩散电流比随SOD模型化学物浓度及滴汞电极滴下时间的变化,确定催化O_2^-歧化反应速率常数K_1.
The SOD model compound-catalyzed dismutation reaction of superoxide ion O2-in aprotic solvent has been studied by tast polarography.A simplified function is made to replace the exact solution of the kinetic differential equantion with error less than 1%.The catalytic dismutation rate constant k1 is determined by the measurement of the ratio between the catalytic and diffusional current as a function of SOD model compound concentration and the drop time of dropping mercury electrode.
