摘要
在硼酸缓冲溶液(pH 6.7)中性介质中,O2和H2O2均对鲁米诺的电化学发光(ECL)有敏化作用,而超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)对此敏化的电化学发光具有淬灭作用,SOD的浓度与两种发光体系的ECL光强成线性关系,可用于SOD的测定,为SOD的测定提供了一种灵敏、可靠的测定方法。
It was found that the sensitized luminol electrochemiluminescence(ECL) formed through the reaction of dissolved oxygen or hydrogen peroxide With luminol at a boric acid buffer solution of pH 6.7, could be quenched by SOD. A sensitive and reliable method based on the above phenomenon was thus established for the determination of SOD. The sensitized ECL intensity has a linear relationship with the SOD concentration in the range of 0.24 -9.6 IU/mL for luminol -O2 system, and in the range of 0. 024- 1.8 IU/mL for luminol- H2O2 system. The mechanism of the quenching effect of SOD on the sensitized luminol ECL was also studied.
