摘要
报道了一种未见报道的、新的双核配体N,N,N',N'-四(1'-苯并三氮唑乙基)-2,7-二甲胺基-8-羟基喹啉含铜二氧含物的合成和表征.配合物的光谱和气相色谱测试结果表明这类三元络合物中,二氧是以过氧桥基离子(O2)桥连两Cu(Ⅱ)核,氧合物中量的比为Cu(Ⅰ)。O2=1:1.
This paper reports the synthesis and characterisation of an unreported new ligand N, N, N'N'--tetrakis (1'--benzotriazolyl ethyl)-2, 7--dimethylene amino8-hydroxy quinoline (QTBt) and it's copper--containing dioxygen adducts. These coordination compounds are described that mimics to a signiificant extent a number of properties of a oxygen carrier hemocyanin(Hc) and a mono--oxygenation enzyme tyrosinase (Tyr), including the reversible bonding of O2 after deoxygenation by adding ascorbic acid (AA), heattiing or bubbling N2 and major features of the compatible electronic spectrascopy. The dioxygen complexes in dimethyl formamide (DMF) are characterized by two extremely strong spectral absorption at 340 and 401 um in near--violet region. The cycline of deoxygenation and oxygenation can be followed spectrophotometrically over several cycles when ascorbic acid was added and oxygen was bubbled. The oxygen amount in the dioxygen complexes is detectable by a gase--chromatography analysis and indicate that the stoichiometry in molar ratio is : O2= 1: 1. The spectra and gase--chromatographic measurements suggest that the coor-dination compounds possess two Cu(Ⅱ) ions and they are best described as a μ--peroxo binuclear copper(Ⅱ) complex. The ESR parameters and other evidences (e. g. the persence of a d--d band λ= 730 um, ε~200 cm-1 · L· mol-1 for the dioxygen adducts suggest that the coordination geometry of each copper(Ⅱ) ion is closer to a square pyramidal (for the complex Ⅱ and Ⅲ) or a octahedron (for complex Ⅰ )
