摘要
针对文献报导的超氧离子O测定方法─—光度滴定法存在操作繁杂的缺点,研究出一种简便的O浓度的分析方法。该方法是基于碘光度滴定法的原理和比尔定律。首先制作工作曲线(O的吸光度~〔O〕),以后每次只需测定含O溶液的吸光度,即可从工作曲线上得出O浓度。该方法与光度滴定法相比,具有操作简单、省时省力的优点。适合于日常的检测分析。
Seeing that the spectrophotometric titration,a method of determining superoxide ion,O, reported in literature, has a complicated operation,a simple and convenient method of determining the concentration of O is studied. The method is based on the priciple of iodine spectrophotometric titration and Beyer’s law. First,working plot(absorbance of O~(O))is drawn, then, the concentration of O may be known from the working plot,provided the asorbance of O-containing solution is determined each time. comparing with spectrophotometric titration, the method has advantage of simple operation and saving effort and time, and is suitable to routine analysis.
