摘要 本文研究了稀氨水溶液中痕量稀土元素催化过氧化氢氧化邻苯二酚紫褪色的新指示反应,其反应的表观活化能为92.04kJ/mol,表观速率常数k′为2.217×10^(-3)/s,半衰期T_(1/2)为5.2min,并为一级反应。建立了催化褪色光度法测定痕量稀土元素的新方法。本方法检出浓度为1.28×10^(-11)g/mL,测定范围在0~0.5μg/25mL稀土元素,并用于测定人发中稀土元素含量。 A new method has been studied in this paper based on the fact that trace rare earth elements in dilute ammonia solution catalyzes the discoloring reaction of py-rocatechol violet by hydrogen peroxide. The apparent rate constant of this reaction is 2. 217×10^(-3)/s and the half life period (T_(1/2)) is 5. 20 minutes and it is a first order reaction. The sensitivity for the REE is 1. 28×10^(-11)g/ mL and the linear range is 0~0.5μg/25mL (RE_2O_3). This method has been used to determine trace rare earth elements in human hair with satisfactory results.
