摘要
本文提出微波高压消解 -火焰原子吸收光谱法 (FAAS)测定痕量铜、锌、铁和锰的方法。该方法检出限Cu2 + 、Zn2 + 、Mn2 + 为 0 .0 0 1μg/ m L和 Fe3 + 为 0 .0 0 5μg/ m L。 Mn2 + 、Fe3 + 、Cu2 + 和 Zn2 + 的含量分别在 0 .1—1.0、0 .1— 5 .0、0 .1— 2 .5和 0 .1— 2 .5μg/ m L范围内测定 ,线性关系良好 ,相关系数为 0 .9997— 0 .9999。此法已成功用于人发样中铜、锌、铁和锰含量的测定。
A method of determining trace elements (Cu,Zn,Fe and Mn) by microwave oven high-pressure digestion-flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry was proposed. The detection limits of this method are 0.001μg/mL (Cu 2+,Zn 2+,Mn 2+) and 0.005μg/mL (Fe 3+). The response is linear over the range of 0.1-2.5μg/mL for Cu 2+and Zn 2+,0.1-1.0μg/mL for Mn 2+,0.1-5.0μg/mL for Fe 3+,respectively with a correlation coefficient of 0.9997-0.9999.This method has been successfully applied to the determination of Cu,Zn,Fe and Mn in hair.
