摘要
研究新试剂 2—对亚氨基偶氮苯噻唑与汞显色反应条件 ,结果表明 ,在 p H7.0~ 8.6的 B— R缓冲溶液中 ,在非离子型表面活性剂 Triton X-1 0 0存在下 ,该试剂与汞生成橙色的络合物 ,络合物对试剂空白的最大负吸收峰位于 5 1 2 nm,汞与试剂的络合比为 1∶ 1 ,摩尔吸光系数为 2 .2× 1 0 4 L· (mol· cm) -1,符合比尔定律的线性范围是 0 .2~ 3 .6μg· m L-1。建立的方法成功地用于人发中汞含量的测定。标准加入回收率为97~ 1 0 5 % ,相对标准偏差为 2 .4 %。
The condition of the colour reaction on new reagent 2 p iminoazobenzothiazole with mercury was studied.It is shown that mercury forms a stable orange complex with the new reagent in the presence of nonionic surfactant TritonX 100 at pH 7 0~8 6 The molar ratio of mercury to reagent is 1∶1.The maximum absorption of the complex to reagent is at 512nm.The apparent molar absorptivity of the complex is 2 2×10 4(mol·cm) -1 .Beer′s law is obeyed in the range of 0 2~3 6μg(Hg)/mL.The proposed method has been applied to the determination of human hair with satisfactory resuts.The proposed method acquires a recovery 97%-105% and the relative standard deviation is 2 4%.
