摘要
在pH为4.5的HAc—NaAc缓冲介质中,钴迅速地与3.5—二溴—PADAP形成稳定的1:2络合物,在一定量存在下,产生灵敏的吸附催化波。在单扫示波极谱仪上,阴极导数峰高与钴浓度在1×10^(-1)mol/L~1×10^(-6)mol/L之间呈线性关系,检测限为5×10^(-11)mol/L。大量的镍和铁等常见离子不影响钴的测定。应用该方法测定了人发及镍盐中的痕量钴,并获得满意的结果。对该波产生的机理进行了研究。
In a buffer solution of acetic acid (pH=4.5),cobalt rapidly forms a 1:2complex with 3,5-diBr-PADAP. In the presence of nitritc, the linear sweep polarographic peak height is very sensitive to trace cobalt. The linear range is from 1×10^(-10) mol/L to1×10^(-6)mol/L with a detection limit of 5×10^(-11)mol/L. Large amounts of iron, nickel and most common ions have no effect on the determination. The method has been used for the determination of trace cobalt in human hair and pure nickel nitrate samples with good results.
