摘要
研究了在氨性介质中痕量铈(Ⅳ)阻抑过氧化氢氧化溴甲酚紫褪色的新指示方法和动力学条件,建立了动力学光度法测定痕量单一稀土元素铈的新方法。方法的线性范围为0~1.0μg/25mL,检出限为1.34×10^(-9)g/mL,表观速率常数为7.083×10^(-4)/s。该体系用于1-苯基-3-甲基-5-吡唑啉酮(PMBP)、乙酸丁酯和磷酸三丁酯(TBP)联合分离萃取测定钢样中的铈,相对标准偏差为1.34%~2.04%,回收率为97.5%~102.5%。
A new extraction catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace cerium was studied. The method is based on the cerium(Ⅳ) inhibited discoloring reaction of bromcresol purple by hydrogen peroxide in the medium of aqueous ammonia. The linear range of the determination is 0 - 1.0 μg/25 mL. The detection limit is 1.34× 10^(-9) g/mL and the appearent rate constant is 7.083 × 10^(-4) /s. The system can be used in the determination of trace cerium in steel sample by synergistic extraction with PMBP, butyl acetate and TBP. The relative derivation is 1.34% - 2.04% , the recovery is 97.5% -102.5% .
