摘要
本文研究了新显色剂2-(4,5-二甲基-2-噻唑偶氮)-5-二甲氨基苯甲酸(简称DMT-AMB)与铜(Ⅱ)的显色反应。实验表明,在pH4.5~6.0的溴代十六烷基三甲胺(CTMAB)介质中,铜(Ⅱ)可与试剂DMTAMB形成1:1稳定的蓝色络合物,其表观摩尔吸光系数ε_(650)=5.5×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),铜浓度在0~24μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律。此方法具有较好的选择性,可不经预分离而直接应用于纯铝和铝合金中微量铜的测定,结果满意。
2-(4,5-dimethylthiazolylazo)-5-dimethylaminobenzoic acid ( DMTAMB) is a chromogenic reagent for the determination of trace copper(Ⅱ). DMTAMB reacts with copper(Ⅱ)to form a stable blue complex at 650 nm in the presence of CTMAB. The molar ratio of the components of Cu (Ⅱ): DMTAMB in the complex is estimated to be 1:1, The apparent molar absorptivity is 5.5×10~4L.mol^(-1).cm^(-1). Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~24μg/25ml for Cu(Ⅱ). The method can be applied to the determination of copper in aluminium alloys with satisfactory results.
