摘要
在苯并噻唑偶氮羧酸型试剂分子的苯环中,与羧基相对或相间的位置引入不同的基团,在苯并噻唑环的6位或5位引入甲基,从而合成了六个新苯并噻唑偶氮羧酸型显色剂,详细研究了这六个新试剂与Co(Ⅱ)、Fe(Ⅱ)、nI(Ⅱ)、Cu(Ⅱ)Pd(Ⅱ)的显色反应。结果表明,引入的不同助色基团明显地影响试剂的灵敏度和选择性。一些新试剂-金属络合物的摩尔吸光系数在1×10^5以上。
Six new benzothiazolylazo reagents of the benzoic acid type was synthesized by introducing some assisting functional groups into the benzene ring para or meta to the azo group and an electron donor group-CH_3 to 5-or 6-position of benzothiazole ring. Their spectrophotometric behaviors were thoroughly studied. It is found that these new chromogenic reagents react with cobalt(Ⅱ), iron(Ⅱ), nickel(Ⅱ), copper(Ⅱ) and palladium(Ⅱ) in weakly acidic media containing appropriate amounts of surfactants or organic solvents to form stable complexes. The results show that the different substituted groups and positions influence the sensitivities And se-lectivities of these reagents. The molar absorptivities of some of the complexes are more than 1×10~5. Of these reagents, 5-Me-BTAEB is the most sensitive one. The relationship between the electronic effects of these groups and spectrophotometric characteristics of these reagents has been studied.
