摘要
本文研究了新显色剂2-(4,5-二甲基-2-噻唑偶氮)-5-二甲氨基苯甲酸(简称DMTAMB)与铑的显色反应.在pH=5.0~6.5的酸度范围内,不需加在何表面活性剂,加热显色10分钟即可形成稳定的1:3蓝色配合物,其最大吸收峰位于694nm处,摩尔吸光系数为1.17×10~5.反应具有较好的选择性,应用于含铑分子筛中铑的测定,结果满意.
Rh forms a blue complex with the reagent at pH 5.5 after heating in boiling water for 10 min. The maximum absorbance of the complex is at 694nm. Its apparent molar absorptivity is 1.17×105. The composition ratio of Rh to DMTAMB is 1 : 3. Beer's Law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0-10ng/25ml for Rh. The method have been applied to the determination of Rh in sample with satisfactory results.
