摘要
该文研究了新显色剂2-[2-(6-甲基苯并塞唑)偶氮]-5-二乙氨基苯甲酸(6-Me-BTAEB)的酸碱平衡及其与镍(Ⅱ)的显色反应。实验结果表明,在十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)存在下,6-Me-BTAEB与镍(Ⅱ)在pH4.5~8.3缓冲溶液中形成稳定的蓝紫色络合物,其组成为Ni(Ⅱ)∶6-Me-BTAEB=1∶2,最大吸收波长为650nm,表现摩尔吸光系数为1.67×105L·mol-1·cm-1镍(Ⅱ)浓度在0~10μm/25ml范围内服从比尔定律。方法可直接用于铝合金中微量镍的测定,结果满意。
The acid-base equilibrium of a new chromogenic reagent, 2-[2-(6-methylbenzothiazolyl)azo]-5-diethylaminobenzoic acid (6-Me-BTAEB) was studied. In the medium of pH 4.5~8.3, 6-Me-BTAEB reacts with Ni(Ⅱ) to form a stable 2∶1 complex of blue-violet colour in the presence of sodium dodecyl sulfate. The absorption maximum of this complex lies at 650nm with an apparent molar absorptivity of 1.67×10 5 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . Beer′s law is obeyed for 0~10μg/25ml Ni(Ⅱ). This method has been applied to the determination of nickel in aluminium alloys with satisfactory results.
