摘要
研究了2 (5 硝基 2 吡啶偶氮) 5 二甲氨基苯胺(5 NO2 PADMA)与铜的显色反应。结果表明,在pH4.5的HAc NaAc介质中,Cu与5 NO2 PADMA形成1∶2的紫红色配合物,λmax=550nm,ε=3.24×104L·mol-1·cm-1,Cu的含量在0～1.4mg/L内符合比尔定律。方法经铝合金和矿样管理样品分析验证,结果与原结果相符,5次测定的RSD小于0.7%。
The color reaction of 2-(5-nitro-2-pridylazo)-5-methylaminoaniline ( 5-NO_(2)-PADMA) with copper was studied .Copper reacts with 5-NO_(2)-PADMA to form a stable purple complex in a HAc-NaAc buffer solution at pH 4.5 with n_(Cu(Ⅱ) )∶n _(5-NO_2-PADMA )=1∶2. The apparent molar absorptivity is 3.24×10~4 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)at 550 nm and beer's law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0～1.4 mg/L for Cu .The recovery of standard addition for copper is 99%～102% with precision of less than 0.7% RSD(n=5) .The method has been applied to the determination of copper in aluminum alloys and ores with satisfactory results.
