摘要
目的 :观察滋补脾阴方药对衰老大鼠学习记忆能力的影响 ,并探讨其脑内机制。方法 :以 2 3月龄自然衰老大鼠为研究对象 ,通过Y 电迷宫检测大鼠的学习记忆能力 ,同时 ,以免疫组化的方法检测脑内学习记忆相关脑区NMDA r、GABA、GFAP的变化。结果 :滋补脾阴方药能明显提高衰老大鼠Y -迷宫的正确次数 ,增强NMDA r、GABA的表达 ,抑制GFAP的表达。结论 :滋补脾阴方药可以通过减缓NMDA r、GABA能神经元的丧失 ,改善氨基酸递质功能 ,以及减轻反应性胶质化来提高衰老大鼠的学习记忆能力。
Objective: In this study, the effects of the prescription of nourishing Piyin(脾阴) on learning and memory of aged rats were observed, and the possible mechanism was explored also. Methods: The learning and memory ability of natural aged rats(23 month) was measured by Y maze; The activity of NMDA r?GABA and GFAP in related brain regions was detected by immunohistochemical method. Results: The prescription of nourishing Piyin increased the test score of rats notably, enhanced the expression of NMDA r?GABA, and decreased the expression of GFAP. Conclusions: The prescription may restrain the brain aging by retarding the loss of NMDA R?GABAergic neuron, ensuing the fulfillment of the functions of amino acidic transmitters and attenuating the reactive collagenization in brain.
