摘要
该研究按照标准研制过程在开发阶段和建立共识阶段上的要求,建立了初步的网络课程评价标准指标体系,随后采用德尔菲法进行了两轮专家评议,初步形成了具有共识性的网络课程评价标准指标体系及其评价方案。
Following the process and method of standardization, a draft standard for quality evaluation of web-based courses was firstly developed. Delphi method for consensus building was then applied to conduct survey from experts at multiple times. The working draft was further modified through consensus building process. The evaluation strategy, criterias and guideline were established based on the draft standard.
