摘要
按照标准研制的过程和方法,参照国内外相关评价标准和研究成果,采用指标体系法,遵循建立评价指标体系的基本原则,在体现网络教育基本属性和学科专业网站主要特点的基础上,介绍了建立学科专业网站教学评价指标体系,并以此为蓝本,采用德尔菲法和专家打分法进行专家评议,根据评议结果形成了具有共识性的学科专业网站教学评价标准.
According with the process and method of standardization as well as referring to the relevant evaluation standard and research results home and abroad, we adapted the guideline system of standardization and followed the basic principles of establishing evaluation standard. According to the basic properties and primary characteristics of network-based education and main features of subject-specific websites, the standard of evaluating teaching on subject-specific websites was set up. By means of Delphi＇s method and expert marking method, expert survey on the working draft standard was undertaken. Based on the analysis of the survey, we reached a consensus on the evaluation standard of subject - specific website teaching.
