摘要
确定了 2 -甲基萘氧化制 2 -甲基 - 1,4-萘醌 ,Cr( )电氧化制 Cr( )和由 2 -甲基 - 1,4-萘醌制维生素K3 的最佳工艺条件。结果表明 ,该新工艺生产过程稳定 ,原料消耗成本显著降低。
The technological process for synthesizing vitami K 3 (VK 3) was systematically investigated. The operating conditions of generating 2-methyl-1, 4-naphthoquinone(2-MNQ) from 2-methylnaphalene (2-MN) with Cr 6+ as oxidic medium and producing Cr 6+ from Cr 3+ by electro-oxidation and synthesizing vitamin K 3 from 2-MNQ were optimited. The results showed that the new technological process is stable in operation with lower raw material cost.
