摘要
目的:为主动适应竞争日益激烈的医疗市场,切实体现“以病人为中心,以质量为核心”的服务宗旨。进行“责任护士竞争上岗”的服务模式改革。方法:各科医护人员按德、能、勤、绩为本科室护士进行考评打分,把护士的照片、工作服号码、个人简历等制成三级护士结构图,挂在护士站醒目的位置,供病人选择和监督。分别由病人、医生、护士长、护理部进行综合评价和护士个人评价。结果:进一步融洽了医患关系;充分调动了护理人员的工作热情和学习积极性。评价:此举措有力地推动了整体护理向纵深发展。
Objective: The position competition of the primary nurses was conducted to indicate the patient - centered and quality - focused issues and to actively adapt to the intensively competitive health care market. Method: The evaluation for the doctors and the nurses was based on the scores in respects of morality, ability, diligence and achievement. The pictures of three - class nurses were put obviously on the ward walls for patients' selection and supervision, including the nurses' photo, the unit number and their resumes. Patients, doctors, head nurses as well as the managers from the nursing department made evaluation for the nurses and nurses finished self - evaluation. Results:The measure facilitated the relationship between doctors/nurses and patients , and promoted nurses to work and study harder. Conclusion: This intervention can force the development of holistic nursing.
