摘要
为解决地铁车辆继电器或接触器在测试中存在的测试操作复杂、效率低、精度不高等问题,研制地铁车辆用继电器和接触器综合测试台。在介绍综合测试台总体架构的基础上,从电气参数、动作和释放时间等方面阐明综合测试台的测试原理。设计硬件和软件,并开展继电器、接触器和兼容性验证测试。结果表明,综合测试台操作简便、精度高,不仅能提升地铁车辆用继电器和接触器性能测试的效率,还能提高测试结果的可靠性。
In order to solve the problems of complicated operation,low efficiency and low precision during testing relays and contactors for metro vehicle,a comprehensive test bench for relays and contactors for metro vehicles is developed.Based on the introduction of the overall structure of the comprehensive test bench,the test principle of the comprehensive test bench is expounded from the aspects of electrical parameters,action and release time,and the hardware and software are designed,and the verification tests for the relay,contactor and compatibility are carried out.The results show that the comprehensive test bench is easy to operate and precision is high.This not only can improve the efficiency of relay and contactor performance test for metro vehicles,but also can improve the reliability of test results.
