摘要
针对轨道衡和铁路货车超偏载检测装置维护工作量大、人员劳动强度高、自动化程度低的问题,研发轨道衡与铁路货车超偏载检测装置状态在线评价系统。在介绍系统功能、性能、数据接口和应用环境等要求的基础上,设计轨道衡和铁路货车超偏载检测装置状态在线评价系统总体架构以及硬件和软件。验证试验表明,轨道衡与铁路货车超偏载检测装置在线评价系统的功能、性能及可靠性满足设计要求。
Aiming at the problems of heavy maintenance workload,high labor intensity and low automation degree of rail⁃weighbridges and detecting device for overload and unbalance load of wagons,the on-line evaluation system for status of rail-weighbridges and detecting device for overload and unbalance load of wagons is developed.Based on the introduction of the function,performance,data interface and application environment of the system,the overall framework,hardware and software of the on-line evaluation system for status of rail-weighbridges and detecting device for overload and unbalance load of wagons are designed.The verification test shows that the function,performance,and reliability of the on-line evaluation system for status of railweighbridges and detecting device for overload and unbalance load of wagons meet the design requirements.
