摘要
针对铁路信号继电器传统的单工位电气特性检测方法测试效率较低的问题,研究了一种继电器多工位检测技术。该技术采用了分布式控制结构,在保证测试精度的前提下可以实现多台继电器同时进行电气特性的测试。介绍该检测技术的基本原理和系统设备的设计实现、功能特点以及现场应用情况,通过该技术的应用提高了继电器检测方法的高集成化、自动化和智能化水平,充分的释放了劳动力,显著提高了继电器电气特性检测的测试效率,对行业整体有很大的推进作用。
This article studies a relay multi-workstation detection technology designed to address the low testing efficiency of traditional electrical characteristic detection methods that rely on a single workstation for testing railway signal relays.This technology adopts a distributed control structure,which can achieve simultaneous electrical characteristic testing of multiple relays while ensuring testing accuracy.This article introduces the basic principles of this detection technology,as well as the design and implementation,functional characteristics and on-site application of the system equipment.Through the application of this technology,the high levels of integration,automation,and intelligence in relay detection methods have been improved,fully releasing labor resources and significantly improving the testing efficiency of relay electrical characteristic detection,which has a significant impact on promoting the overall industry.
