基于GB/T 21563—2018的安装于地铁车辆转向架的设备支架模拟长寿命振动试验参数研究

摘要 GB/T 21563—2018《轨道交通机车车辆设备冲击和振动试验》中规定了基于特定材料S-N曲线的安装于地铁车辆转向架上的设备模拟长寿命振动试验加速度比例系数计算方法。考虑设备支架采用不同的材料,建议依据GB/T 21563—2018中的方法,计算不同标准中不同材料S-N曲线的设备支架模拟长寿命振动试验加速度比例系数,并提出设备支架模拟长寿命振动试验量级的确定方法。试验量级计算结果与运用数据结果对比表明,分阶段的模拟长寿命振动试验量级更加符合实际。 In GB/T 21563—2018 Railway applications-Rolling stock equipment-Shock and vibration tests,specifies a calculation method for the acceleration proportional coefficient used in simulated long⁃life vibration tests for equip⁃ment mounted on subway vehicle bogies is specified,which is based on the S-N curve of a specific material.Consider⁃ing that equipment bracket may be constructed from different materials,it is recommended to calculate the accelera⁃tion proportional coefficient for the simulated long⁃life vibration tests of equipment brackets based on the S-N curves of different materials from various standards,following the methodology outlined in GB/T 21563—2018.A method for determining the test level for the simulated long⁃life vibration testing of equipment brackets is proposed.A compari⁃son between the calculated test levels and operational data results indicates that a phased approach to the simulated long⁃life vibration test levels aligns more closely with actual conditions.
