摘要
传统的“唯分数、唯升学、唯文凭、唯论文、唯帽子”思想,在快速发展的时代背景下,已无法满足日益更新的企业对研究生能力的需求。结合2018年习近平总书记在全国教育大会上提出的“要坚决克服唯分数、唯升学、唯文凭、唯论文、唯帽子的顽瘴痼疾”指示精神及党的二十大报告提出“创新是第一动力”的重要指导方针来看,在新时代,教育应致力于孕育出类拔萃、品质卓越的人才和注重培养研究生的创新意识和创新能力,摒弃“五唯”思想,以满足企业对人才的新需求,为社会和国家的发展做出贡献。分析了传统“五唯”模式下研究生创新能力培养面临的主要问题,并提出了相应的改革措施。培养模式的改革探索可有效解决传统“五唯”模式下存在的相关问题,对培养具有创新能力的应用型“食品”人才、提高地方高校研究生的就业竞争力,更好地满足企业的需求,并推动食品行业的创新和发展有明显的促进作用。
The traditional mindset of“valuing only scores,only further education,only diplomas,only papers,and only titles”has been unable to meet the increasingly updated demands of enterprises for the capabilities of postgraduates in the context of rapid development.Education should be committed to nurturing outstanding and high-quality talents and emphasizing the cultivation of postgraduate students'innovative consciousness and ability,discarding the“five uniques”ideology,and meeting the new demands of enterprises for talents to contribute to the development of society and the country.The article analyzed the main problems faced in the cultivation of postgraduate students'innovation ability under the traditional“Five Uniques”model and proposes corresponding reform measures.The reform and exploration of the training mode could effectively solve the related problems existing under the traditional“five Uniques”model.It had a significant promoting effect on cultivating application-oriented“food”talents with innovative ability,helping to enhance the employment competitiveness of postgraduate students in local universities,better meet the needs of enterprises,and promoted the innovation and development of the food industry.
