摘要
通过显微镜观察法系统研究了化妆品配方组成对氢化溶血卵磷脂液晶乳液体系的影响。结果表明,氢化溶血卵磷脂质量分数在10%以内,随质量分数的升高,液晶尺寸变小;当升高到质量分数20%以后,因过多氢化溶血卵磷脂溶胀在水中导致体系黏度过大,影响液晶结构的形成。不同助乳化剂中,硬脂醇具有促进液晶结构形成的作用。不同极性的油脂均可形成液晶结构,油脂极性越大,液晶尺寸越小、液晶数量越多。不同种类聚合物对液晶的形成和尺寸影响不大,但聚合物的加入可以增加液晶结构的稳定性。不同多元醇的加入均可使液晶尺寸变小,且多元醇极性越大,液晶尺寸变小越明显。
A systematic study was conducted using microscopic observation to investigate the effects of cosmetic formulation components on the liquid crystal emulsion of hydrogenated lysolecithin.The results showed that when the mass fraction of hydrogenated lysolecithin was within 10%,the size of the liquid crystals decreased as the mass fraction increased.However,when the mass fraction exceeded 20%,the excessive hydrogenated lysolecithin swelled in water,leading to an increase in system viscosity and impairing the formation of liquid crystal structures.Among different co-emulsifiers,stearyl alcohol promoted the formation of liquid crystal structures.Oils of different polarities could all form liquid crystal structures,with higher polarity oils resulting in smaller liquid crystal sizes and a greater number of liquid crystals.Different types of polymers had little effect on the formation and size of liquid crystals,but the addition of polymers enhanced the stability of liquid crystal structures.The addition of different polyols reduced liquid crystal size,with higher polarity polyols resulting in a more pronounced reduction in liquid crystal size.
