摘要
通过透射电子显微镜、纳米颗粒跟踪分析等技术,研究了在不同储存温度、渗透压环境、防腐体系、巴氏杀菌/超高温瞬时杀菌等工艺以及常规化妆品配方中牛奶外泌体的稳定性。由实验结果可知,牛奶外泌体囊泡在不同存在环境下以及化妆品常用剂型中均存在完整清晰、边界明显的茶杯状双膜囊泡结构,并且活性物含量相对稳定,不影响其在终端产品的功效。牛奶外泌体在化妆品环境中稳定性良好,兼具舒缓美白功效。
The stability of milk exosomes was studied under different storage temperatures,osmotic pressure environments,preservative systems,pasteurization/ultra-high temperature transient sterilization processes and conventional cosmetic formulations by using the transmission electron microscopy,nanoparticle tracking analysis and other technique.The following conclusions were obtained:milk exosome vesicles maintain complete and clear teacup-shaped double-membrane vesicle structures with distinct boundaries in different environments and common cosmetic dosage forms,and the content of active substances is relatively stable,which does not affect their efficacy in end products.The results show that milk exosomes have good stability in cosmetic environments,and also have soothing and whitening effects.
