摘要
现代体育教学中,不同运动训练模式在提升学生体能方面的作用逐渐受到关注。文章分析了循环训练、间歇训练及传统训练三种模式的理论基础和应用现状,探讨其对学生力量、速度、耐力及柔韧性等体能指标的具体影响。通过实验研究发现,循环训练和间歇训练在体能提升方面具有显著效果,而传统训练模式效果相对有限。研究进一步提出优化训练模式的建议,强调多模式融合、个性化设计及科技辅助的重要性,并展望了未来体育教学中训练模式的发展趋势,突出其在学生体能与全面发展中的积极作用。
In modern physical education teaching,the role of different sports training modes in improving students'physical fitness has gradually received attention.This study analyzed the theoretical basis and application status of three modes of training:loop training,interval training,and traditional training,and explored their specific effects on students'physical fitness indicators such as strength,speed,endurance,and flexibility.Through experimental research,it has been found that cyclic training and interval training have significant effects on physical fitness improvement,while traditional training modes have relatively limited effectiveness.The study further proposes suggestions for optimizing training modes,emphasizing the importance of multimodal integration,personalized design,and technological assistance.It also looks forward to the development trend of training modes in future physical education teaching,highlighting their positive role in students'physical fitness and comprehensive development.
