摘要
目的探讨团体互动营养联合药物治疗在2型糖尿病患者营养治疗中的效果。方法方便筛选2023年10月—2024年10月三明市第二医院内分泌科接收的2型糖尿病患者100例,根据不同治疗方案分为对照组(常规药物治疗)与观察组(团体互动营养联合药物治疗),每组50例。比较两组患者的血糖水平[空腹血糖(fasting plasma glucose,FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2-hours plasma glucose,2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(glycated hemoglobin A1c,HbA1c)、葡萄糖目标范围内时间(time in glucose target range,TIR)],饮食行为及生活质量评分。结果与对照组治疗后比较,观察组FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c、TIR水平均更优,各项饮食行为评分及生活质量均更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论团体互动营养联合药物治疗应用于2型糖尿病患者中有助于控制患者血糖水平,规范饮食行为并改善生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of group interactive nutrition combined with drug therapy in the nutritional treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 100 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to the Department of Endocrinology of Sanming Second Hospital from October 2023 to October 2024 were conveniently selected and divided into the control group(conventional drug treatment)and the observation group(group interactive nutrition combined with drug treatment)according to different treatment regimens,with 50 cases in each group.The blood glucose levels[fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial plasma glucose(2 hPG),glycated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c),the time in glucose target range(TIR)],dietary behaviors and quality of life scores of the two groups of patients were compared.Results Compared with the control group after treatment,the levels of FPG,2 hPG,HbA1c and TIR in the observation group were all better,the scores of various dietary behaviors and the quality of life were all higher,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of group interactive nutrition combined with drug therapy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus is helpful to control the blood glucose level of patients,standardize dietary behavior and improve the quality of life.
