摘要
2025年欧洲复苏委员会(European Resuscitation Council,ERC)指南基于2025年国际复苏联络委员会(International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation,ILCOR)的复苏科学最新进展,整合96项系统评价、43项范围评价及112项证据更新,形成涵盖全人群、全场景的复苏实践循证框架。本解读聚焦指南核心更新要点,从制定背景与方法学特色切入,系统剖析生存链优化、基础生命支持、高级生命支持、特殊人群与场景复苏、复苏教育及伦理规范等核心领域的更新要点,结合临床实践痛点提出应用建议,为国内急诊及复苏领域医护人员提供精准的指南转化参考,助力提升我国复苏救治同质化水平。
Based on the latest advancements in resuscitation science from the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation(ILCOR)2025,the 2025 Guidelines of the European Resuscitation Council(ERC)integrate 96 systematic reviews,43 scoping reviews,and 112 evidence updates to establish an evidence-based framework for resuscitation practice covering all populations and scenarios.This interpretation focuses on the core updated points of the guidelines.Starting with the background of development and methodological characteristics,it systematically analyzes the key updates in core areas including survival chain optimization,basic life support,advanced life support,resuscitation for special populations and scenarios,resuscitation education,and ethical norms.Propose application recommendations based on challenges in clinical practice,providing precise reference for guideline transformation to healthcare professionals in domestic emergency and resuscitation fields,and contributing to enhancing the homogenization level of resuscitation care in China.
