2023年欧洲心脏病学会儿童心肌病指南解读:核心更新与中国临床实践启示

Interpretation of the 2023 ESC guidelines for childhood cardiomyopathy:key updates and implications for clinical practice in China

摘要 儿童心肌病代表一组异质性心肌疾病,是儿童心力衰竭和心源性猝死的主要病因。其发病机制涉及遗传因素、代谢紊乱、感染以及特发性机制。近年来,基因检测和影像学技术的进步显著提升了儿童心肌病的诊断能力与治疗水平。2023年8月发布的《欧洲心脏病学会心肌病管理指南》针对所有心肌病亚型提供了全面建议。其儿童心肌病章节首次整合了国际儿童心肌病注册库的10年队列证据,并特别强调非扩张型左心室心肌病和儿童心肌病内容。本文旨在通过系统解读该指南的儿童心肌病表型分类、诊断技术、治疗策略及家族管理四方面的更新,为儿童心肌病的诊治建立循证临床框架。
