摘要
2025年10月欧洲复苏委员会(European Resuscitation Council,ERC)发布了《2025年ERC心肺复苏指南》(以下简称《指南》),其中复苏教育章节的内容涵盖从基础到高级生命支持各个层面知识和技能的教授和学习,现对《指南》进行简要的解读。与2021年版相比,2025年版《指南》的主要变化包括:①增加为特定人群提供定制的复苏教育;②增加教授高质量复苏能力的教育方法;③修订复苏教育强化学习技术的内容;④修订基于模拟的复苏教育的内容;⑤修订复苏教育师资的发展计划;⑥增加生命支持课程中反馈和复盘的内容;⑦增加在资源匮乏和偏远地区实施复苏教育的内容。本文对该指南进行解读,以供参考。
In October 2025,the European Resuscitation Council published the European Resuscitation Council Guidelines 2025.The education for resuscitation section addressed education in various settings where people may teach and learn resuscitation,including every level from basic to advanced life support.New topics added in the 2025 guidelines included education tailored for specific groups of life-saving rescuers,educational methods to teach high-quality resuscitation competencies,feedback and debriefing in life support courses,education in low-resource settings and remote areas.Major changes include updates to technology-enhanced learning for resuscitation,simulation-based resuscitation education and faculty development.This article provided an interpretation of the guidelines for reference purposes.
