摘要
科学、高效、可及的急救医疗服务(emergency medical service,EMS)体系是降低心脏骤停(cardiac arrest,CA)患者救治延迟、改善预后的关键措施之一。《欧洲复苏委员会心肺复苏指南:拯救生命系统》作为全球心肺复苏领域权威性指导文件,为全球心肺复苏技术规范与CA救治流程优化提供了重要支撑。最新发布的《指南》在旧版的基础上,进一步扩展了理论概念,强化了政策引导、公众教育、社会活动、患者管理、科技创新及灵活化策略制定对提升CA救治质量的重要作用。本文旨在系统解析2025版《指南》的更新要点,为我国EMS体系优化提供参考依据。
A scientific,efficient and accessible emergency medical service(EMS)system is one of the key measures to reduce the delay in treating patients with cardiac arrest(CA)and improve their prognosis.The European Resuscitation Council Guidelines:Systems Saving Lives serves as an authoritative guideline in the field of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)worldwide,providing significant support for the standardization of CPR techniques and the optimization of CA treatment processes globally.The newly released Guidelines further expands on theoretical concepts,strengthens policy guidance,public education,social activities,patient management,technological innovation and flexible strategy formulation in enhancing the quality of CA treatment compared to the previous version.This study aims to systematically analyze the key updates in the 2025 Guidelines and provide reference for the optimization of China′s emergency medical system.
