摘要
2025年10月欧洲复苏委员会(European Resuscitation Council,ERC)发布了《2025年ERC心肺复苏指南》,其中儿童生命支持部分为0~18岁婴幼儿、儿童及青少年提供心脏骤停预防、基础生命支持、高级生命支持、特殊情景复苏、复苏后管理、预后评估及出院后管理等全方位建议。本文对该指南进行解读,以供参考。
In October 2025,the European Resuscitation Council published the European Resuscitation Council Guidelines 2025.These Paediatric Life Support section of these guidelines provides recommendations on the prevention of cardiac arrest,basic life support,advanced life support,resuscitation in special circumstances,post-resuscitation care,prognostication,and post-discharge care for infants,children and adolescents(aged 0-18 years).This article provides an interpretation of the guidelines for reference purposes.
