摘要
推动职业本科教育高质量发展,亟需构建与其类型特征适配的人才培养质量评价体系。本研究基于CIPP模型理论框架,融合职业本科教育的类型学特征,通过两轮德尔菲专家咨询,构建包含目标定位、资源配置、过程实施、结果成效4个维度的评价指标体系,涵盖14个二级指标、39个三级指标,并运用层次分析法确定指标权重。研究发现:过程实施为核心维度,凸显“工学转化”效能;结果成效以技术应用能力与社会贡献度为评价基准;产教资源协同配置强化了对人才培养的支撑保障功能;产业需求与培养目标的动态耦合机制是人才培养质量持续改进的关键。研究结果在理论上拓展了职业本科人才培养质量评价的知识体系,在实践上为职业本科院校人才培养质量评价提供了可操作的质量诊断工具。
Promoting the high-quality development of vocational undergraduate education urgently requires the construction of a talent training quality evaluation system compatible with its type characteristics.Based on the theoretical framework of the CIPP model and integrating the typological features of vocational undergraduate education,this study constructs an evaluation index system consisting of 4 primary dimensions(goal orientation,resource allocation,process implementation,and outcome effectiveness)through two rounds of Delphi expert consultation,covering 14 secondary indicators and 39 tertiary indicators.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is employed to determine the indicator weights.The research findings reveal that:process implementation is the core dimension,highlighting the effectiveness of“engineering-education transformation”;outcome effectiveness takes technical application capabilities and social contribution as evaluation criteria;the collaborative allocation of industry-education resources strengthens the supporting and guaranteeing function for talent training;and the dynamic coupling mechanism between industrial needs and training goals is the key to the continuous improvement of talent training quality.The research results theoretically expand the knowledge system of talent training quality evaluation for vocational undergraduate education,and practically provide an operable quality diagnosis tool for vocational undergraduate colleges to evaluate their talent training quality.
