基于PDCA循环的某输变电EPC项目质量持续改进方法研究

摘要 随着EPC总承包模式在大型工程中的广泛应用,质量管理因项目复杂性、多阶段协同困难等问题面临严峻挑战。本文以PDCA循环理论为基础,结合某输变电EPC总承包项目的全生命周期特性,构建“计划(Plan)—执行(Do)—检查(Check)—处理(Act)”的闭环质量管理模型。通过某输变电EPC项目的实证分析,验证该模型在质量风险预防、过程纠偏及持续改进中的有效性。研究表明,基于PDCA的循环机制能够显著提升EPC项目质量管理的动态适应性和系统性,为总承包模式的优化提供理论支持与实践路径。 With the widespread application of EPC general contracting mode in large-scale projects,its quality management is facing challenges due to project complexity,multi-stage coordination difficulties,and other issues.Based on the PDCA cycle theory and combined with the full lifecycle characteristics of EPC general contracting projects,this article constructs a closed-loop quality management model of"Plan Do Check Act".Through empirical analysis of a certain transmission and transformation EPC project,the effectiveness of the model in quality risk prevention,process correction,and continuous improvement has been verified.Research has shown that the PDCA based cycle mechanism can significantly improve the dynamic adaptability and systematicity of EPC project quality management,providing theoretical support and practical paths for optimizing the general contracting mode.
