摘要
职业本科教育高质量发展是我国高等教育与社会经济耦合发展的根本要求,也是职业本科教育提质培优增值赋能的重要抓手。然而,在具体实践过程中,我国职业本科教育却面临制度变迁时滞、办学定位模糊、资金链单一、社会认同度不高等多重困境,严重制约了我国职业本科教育的高质量发展。为此,需要精心施策,做好管理“运算符”;精准方向,涵育人才“硬功夫”;精细谋划,打好融资“纵深战”;精要挖掘,把好宣传“航船舵”。
The high-quality development of vocational undergraduate education is the fundamental requirement of the coupling development of China’s higher education and socio-economy,and it is also an important starting point for the improvement of quality,training,value-added and empowerment of vocational undergraduate education.However,China’s vocational undergraduate education is faced with multiple dilemmas,such as delay in institutional change,ambiguous orientation of running a school,single funding source and low social recognition in the process of concrete practice,which severely restricts the high-quality development of China’s vocational undergraduate education.To address these issues,it is necessary to carefully implement policies and do a good job in managing“operators”,precisely define directions and cultivate talents“hard skills”,carefully plan and play a good financing“in-depth battle”,and astutely tap into resources while doing the good publicity“ship’s rudder”.
