摘要
伴随着数字经济成为驱动经济社会发展的主导力量,我国数字经济规模不断壮大,对高职教育的人才培养模式提出了新的要求,其中就包括加强数字化教学资源建设质量对于培养技术技能人才而言至关重要。数字化教学资源建设是教育改革的重要组成部分,关乎人才培养效果,在数字经济的时代背景下应着重于从数字化教学资源建设的设计顶层思路、质量标准、共建制度、教师能力、评价标准等方面找寻问题并提出改进措施,在方向上着重于从战略规划、内容重构、生态共建、师资赋能、评价创新五个方面考虑,以期对促进高职教育的数字化转型具有一定的指导意义。通过研究可以得出结论:构建开放共享、协同创新的数字化教学资源新生态是提高高职院校人才培养质量、服务数字经济发展需要的必由之路。
With the digital economy becoming the leading force driving economic and social development,the scale of China's digital economy continues to grow,which puts forward new requirements for the talent cultivation mode of higher vocational education,including strengthening the quality of digital teaching resource construction,which is crucial for cultivating technical and skilled talents.The construction of digital teaching resources is an important component of education reform,which is related to the effectiveness of talent cultivation.In the context of the digital economy,we should focus on finding problems and proposing improvement measures from the top-level design ideas,quality standards,co construction systems,teacher capabilities,evaluation standards,and other aspects of digital teaching resource construction.In terms of direction,we should consider five aspects:strategic planning,content reconstruction,ecological co construction,teacher empowerment,and evaluation innovation,in order to provide guidance for promoting the digital transformation of higher vocational education.Through research,it can be concluded that building a new ecosystem of open,shared,and collaborative digital teaching resources is the only way to improve the quality of talent cultivation in vocational colleges and serve the needs of digital economy development.
