摘要
随着产教融合政策的深入推进,企业参与高等教育人才培养已成为提升高等教育质量的重要途径。本研究以中国高等教育学会认定的“校企合作双百计划”典型案例为基础,选取50家具有代表性的企业,分析其在产教融合中的创新做法及面临的挑战。通过质性研究方法,结合扎根理论,探讨企业参与高等教育人才培养的路径与机制,提出加强组织协调、资源整合及利益共享等方面的合作策略。研究结果表明企业的深度参与不仅依赖于政策支持,还需依托有效的合作模式和长效激励机制。
With the deepening implementation of industry-education integration policies,enterprise participation in higher education talent cultivation has become a crucial approach to enhancing the quality of higher education.Based on the exemplary cases recognized by the China Association of Higher Education's"Double Hundred Plan"for university-enterprise collaboration,this study selects 50 representative enterprises to analyze their innovative practices and challenges in industry-education integration.Employing qualitative research methods and grounded theory,the study explores the pathways and mechanisms of enterprise participation in higher education talent cultivation.It proposes collaborative strategies to strengthen organizational coordination,resource integration,and benefit-sharing.The findings indicate that deep enterprise engagement relies not only on policy support but also on effective cooperation models and long-term incentive mechanisms..
