迷迭香提取物对大口黑鲈生长性能、血清生化指标和肠道菌群的影响

Effects of Rosemary Extracts on Growth Performance,Serum Biochemical Parameters and Intestinal Flora of Juvenile Largemouth bass(Micropterus salmoides)

摘要 试验旨在研究迷迭香提取物对大口黑鲈[初始体重(5.01±0.04) g]生长性能、血清生化指标和肠道菌群的影响。根据等氮等脂的原则,在饲料中分别添加迷迭香提取物0(对照组,A组)0.05%(B组)、0.10%(C组)、0.20%(D组),配制4种试验饲料。结果表明:B组和C组增重率和特定生长率显著高于A组和D组(P<0.05)。A组和B组饲料系数显著低于D组(P<0.05),与C组无显著差异(P>0.05)。A组肝糖原含量显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);A组和D组血清葡萄糖和总三酰甘油含量显著低于C组(P<0.05);A组和D组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量显著高于B组(P<0.05)。C组和D组肠道胰蛋白酶活性显著高于A组,但显著低于B组(P<0.05)。D组肠道脂肪酶活性显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。B组肠道邻单胞菌属、粪杆菌属、双歧杆菌属和拟杆菌属丰度显著高于A组(P<0.05),B组和C组菌群功能分析显示碳水化合物代谢、脂肪代谢和氨基酸代谢要优于A组。因此,饲料中添加0.10%迷迭香提取物有利于调节肠道菌群和消化酶活性,促进大口黑鲈的生长。 The effects of different levels of rose-mary extract on the growth,serum biochemical indices and intestinal flora of juvenile largemouth bass(Micropterus salmoides)[initial weight(5.01±0.04)g]were investigated.According to the principle of iso-nitrogenous and iso-lipid feeds,the feeds were supplemented with rosemary extract 0(control group A),0.05%(group B),0.10%(group C)and 0.20%(group D),respectively,to formulate four experimental feeds.The results showed that weight gain rate(WGR)and specific growth rate(SGR)were significantly higher in groups B and C than in groups A and D(P<0.05),feed(FCR)was significantly lower in groups A and B than in group D(P<0.05),and not signifi-cantly different with group C(P>0.05).Liver glycogen was significantly higher in group A than in all other groups(P<0.05).Serum glucose(Glu)and triglycerides(TG)levels were significantly lower in groups A and D than in group C(P<0.05).High-density lipoprotein(HDL)levels were significantly higher in groups A and D than in group B(P<0.05).Intestinal trypsin activity was significantly higher in groups C and D than in group A,but significantly lower than in group B.Intestinal lipase activity was significantly higher in group D than in the other groups(P<0.05).Intestinal Plesiomonas spp.,Faecalibacterium spp.,Bifidobacterium spp.and Bacteroides spp.were significantly higher in group B than in group A(P<0.05).The analysis of the func-tionality of bacterial flora in group B and group C showed that carbohydrate metabolism,fat metabolism and amino acid metabolism were superior to those of the A group.Therefore,the addition of 0.10%rosemary extract was beneficial to regulate intestinal flora and digestive enzyme activity and then to promote the growth of Micropterus salmoides.
