乙氧基喹啉对鲫鱼生长性能、肝脏健康、抗氧化能力及肠道健康的影响

Effects of ethoxyquin on growth performance,liver health,antioxidant capacity,and intestinal health of Carassius auratus

摘要 试验旨在探究乙氧基喹啉(EQ)对鲫鱼(Carassius auratus)生长性能、肝脏健康、抗氧化能力及肠道健康的影响。选取初重(22.59±0.27)g的鲫鱼幼鱼600尾,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复50尾。分别投喂添加0(E0组)、50(E50组)、150(E150组)和450 mg/kg EQ(E450组)的等氮等脂饲料。预试期2 w,正式试验期8 w。结果显示,各处理组鲫鱼末重和增重率(WGR)差异不显著(P>0.05)。与E0组相比,E50组和E150组饲料系数(FCR)和摄食率(FI)显著降低(P<0.05),蛋白质效率(PER)显著升高(P<0.05);E450组FCR显著升高(P<0.05)。各组鲫鱼肝脏组织形态正常,未出现结构性损伤或纤维化迹象,各EQ添加组肝脏纤维化相关基因表达量均显著低于E0组(P<0.05)。与E0组相比,E150组和E450组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著升高(P<0.05);各EQ添加组过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著升高(P<0.05)。E150组肠绒毛高度(VH)显著提高(P<0.05),E450组显著降低(P<0.05);E50组和E150组肠绒毛宽度(VW)显著降低(P<0.05),E450组显著升高(P<0.05)。E150组肠道促炎细胞因子干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)和白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)表达量显著降低(P<0.05),E450组显著升高(P<0.05)。E50组和E150组白细胞介素-10(IL-10)表达量显著升高(P<0.05),E450组显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,添加适量EQ可改善鲫鱼饲料利用率、增强抗氧化能力并促进肠道健康,但高剂量可能会产生负面效应,EQ的最适添加量为150 mg/kg。 The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of ethoxyquin(EQ)on the growth performance,liver health,antioxidant capacity,and intestinal health of Carassius auratus.A total of 600 juvenile Carassius auratus with an initial body weight of(22.59±0.27)g were randomly divided into four groups with three replicates per group,and 50 fish per replicate,and fed isonitrogenous and isolipidic diets supplemented with 0(group E0),50(group E50),150(group E150),and 450 mg/kg EQ(group E450).The pre-test period was two weeks,and the formal test period was eight weeks.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the final weight and weight gain rate of Carassius auratus among the treatment groups(P>0.05).Compared with the group E0,the feed coefficient(FCR)and feeding rate(FI)of the groups E50 and E150 were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the protein efficiency(PER)was significantly increased(P<0.05),while the FCR of the group E450 significantly increased(P<0.05).The liver tissue morphology of each group of Carassius auratus was normal,with no signs of structural damage or fibrosis.The expression levels of liver fibrosis related genes in each EQ added group were significantly lower than those in the group E0(P<0.05).Compared with the group E0,the superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)in groups E150 and E450 were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the activity of catalase(CAT)in each EQ addition group was significantly increased(P<0.05).The villus height(VH)of the group E150 was significantly increased(P<0.05),while the group E450 was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The villus width(VW)of the groups E50 and E150 was significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the group E450 was significantly increased(P<0.05).The expression levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines interferon-γ(IFN-γ)and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)in the group E150 were significantly reduced(P<0.05),while those in the group E450 were significantly increased(P<0.05).The expression levels of interleukin-10(IL-10)in the groups E50 and E150 was significantly increased(P<0.05),while that in the group E450 was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The study indicates that adding an appropriate amount of EQ can improve the feed utilization efficiency of Carassius auratus,enhance antioxidant capacity,and promote intestinal health.However,high doses may have negative effects,and the optimal addition amount of EQ is 150 mg/kg.
