摘要
本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加迷迭香提取物对奶山羊生产性能、抗氧化能力及免疫功能的影响。选取24头胎次相近、泌乳日龄和日均产奶量相近的西农萨能奶山羊,随机分成2组,每组12头。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,迷迭香提取物组在基础饲粮中添加2.14 g/kg(在饲粮中的占比为0.213%)的迷迭香提取物。预试期10 d,正试期42 d。结果显示:1)饲粮中添加迷迭香提取物对奶山羊的干物质采食量、产奶量、奶料比没有显著影响(P>0.05),对奶山羊的干物质、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维摄入量和表观消化率亦没有显著影响(P>0.05)。2)第21天和第42天,迷迭香提取物组的血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);第42天,迷迭香提取物组的血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)较对照组有提高的趋势(P=0.079)。3)第21天,迷迭香提取物组的血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)和免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);第42天,迷迭香提取物组的血清IgA和IgM含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。此外,第42天,与对照组相比,迷迭香提取物组的血液中性粒细胞数量显著提高(P<0.05),淋巴细胞数有降低的趋势(P=0.087)。由此可见,饲粮中添加迷迭香提取物可通过提高奶山羊血清GSH-Px活性和T-AOC来提高其抗氧化能力;短期(21 d)饲喂可通过提高奶山羊血清中IgA和IgM含量来改善其免疫功能,但长时间(42 d)饲喂则会降低奶山羊血清中IgA和IgM含量,从而对其免疫功能产生一定的抑制作用。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary rosemary extract on performance,antioxidant capacity and immune function of dairy goats.Twenty-four Xinongsaneng dairy goats with similar parity,lactation age and average daily milk yield were selected.They were randomly divided into 2 groups with 12 goats in each group.The goats in control group were fed a basal diet,and those in rosemary extract groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 2.14 g/kg(the proportion in the diet was 0.213%)rosemary extract for 10 d pre-feeding period and 42 d formal feeding period.The results showed as follows:1)dietary rosemary extract had no significant effects on the dry matter intake,milk yield and milk to feed ratio of dairy goats(P>0.05),and also had no significant effects on the intake and apparent digestibility of dry matter,crude protein,ether extract,neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber of dairy goats(P>0.05).2)On days 21 and 42,the serum glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity of rosemary extract group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.01);on day 42,the serum total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)of rosemary extract group had a tendency to increase compared with control group(P=0.079).3)The serum immunoglobulin A(IgA)and immunoglobulin M(IgM)contents of rosemary extract group were significantly higher than those of control group on day 21(P<0.05),while the serum IgA and IgM contents of rosemary extract group were significantly lower than those of control group on day 42(P<0.05).Moreover,compared with control group,the blood neutrophils count of rosemary extract group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the lymphocytes count had a tendency to decrease on day 42(P=0.087).In conclusion,dietary rosemary extract can increase the antioxidant capacity of dairy goats by increasing the serum GSH-Px activity and T-AOC.Short-term(21 d)feeding can improve the immune function by increasing the contents of IgA and IgM in serum of dairy goats.However,with the increase of feeding time to 42 d,the contents of IgA and IgM in serum of dairy goats are significantly decreased,which had a certain inhibitory effect on the immune function of dairy goats.
