摘要
幼年特发性关节炎(juvenile idiopathic arthritis,JIA)是儿童期常见的风湿免疫性疾病之一。中西医结合治疗此病具有较大的优势,目前已有JIA的西医诊疗指南或专家共识,但无中西医结合的诊疗指南或方案。为此,中国中西医结合学会、中华中医药学会、中华医学会组织全国风湿免疫学临床专家和中医儿科专家遵循循证指南制订的原则、方法和步骤,通过文献调研和专家共识确定10个临床问题。基于系统评价/meta分析结果,综合证据质量及综合考虑其他因素后形成推荐意见,涉及JIA的诊断、辨证分型、治疗目标和疗效评价,以及中西医结合干预方案。
Juvenile idiopathic arthritis(JIA)is one of the most common rheumatic immune diseases in children.Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine offers significant advantages in treating this condition.While Western medicine has established diagnostic and therapeutic guidelines or expert consensus,diagnosis and treatment guideline or scheme of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine is currently lacking.To address this gap,Chinese Association of Integrative Medicine,Chinese Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and Chinese Medical Association organized the national rheumatology immunology clinical experts and pediatric experts of traditional Chinese medicine to follow the principles,methods,and steps of evidence-based guidelines,and identified 10 clinical issues through literature research and expert consensus.Based on systematic review and/or meta-analysis,and after comprehensive consideration of evidence quality and other factors,recommendations were formulated.These recommendations cover the diagnosis,syndrome differentiation,treatment objectives and efficacy evaluation of JIA,as well as the intervention program of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
