摘要
近几年来,大麻脱胶废水的处理和研究一直是被忽视的领域。大麻脱胶废水中含有果胶等高分子难降解物质,具有经济价值,同时果胶物质也是引起COD高的主要原因,直接进行处理较为困难。研究采用了盐析法提取高浓度大麻脱胶废水中的果胶物质,在实现对废水处理,满足了实际需求的同时,也兼顾了经济效益,实现了废水的资源化利用。通过单因素实验、正交实验的方法探讨盐析液中盐的种类及盐析液用量、pH、提取温度和提取时间等关键因子对果胶提取率的影响。结果表明:果胶的提取因素影响大小依次为盐析液用量、pH、提取温度、提取时间,最佳工艺条件为:硫酸铝饱和溶液用量6 mL,pH为4,提取温度70℃,提取时间60 min,在此条件下,果胶提取率为32.53%。
The textile production industry with hemp as raw material,the high-concentration hemp degumming wastewater produced in the production process contains pectin and other available resources.This wastewater has high COD,so it is difficult to treat it directly,and it will also waste pectin resources.In this study,the pectin in high-concentration hemp degumming wastewater was extracted by the salting-out method,which not only realized the treatment of wastewater,met the actual demand,but also took into account the economic benefits and realized the resource utilization of wastewater.The effects of salt types in the salting-out solution,the dosage of salting-out solution,pH,extraction temperature and extraction time on the extraction rate of pectin were studied.After determining the single factor,orthogonal experiment was designed to optimize the extraction conditions of pectin,so as to determine the best technological conditions.The results of the orthogonal test showed that the influencing factors of pectin extraction were the amount of salting-out solution,pH,extraction temperature and extraction time in turn.The optimum technological conditions were as follows:the amount of aluminum sulfate saturated solution was 6 mL,pH was 4,extraction temperature was 70℃and extraction time was 60 min.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of pectin was 32.53%.
